Next Show – The Lexington, London N7

Posted on: 30 March 2010

We are delighted to invite you to come join us next Wednesday 7th April for a special show at one of London’s most exciting new music venues, The Lexington in Angel, NW1.

On Facebook? See Facebook event page here.

We shall be onstage around 10pm and tickets are £5 with a flyer and £6 on the door. Joining us on the night are the fantastically entertaining garage-blues-rock’n'rollers The Dublo, who you might remember from shows we did together in the past, mostly in Stoke Newington*.

For more information regarding all our shows (i.e. tickets, venue, maps, times etc) please view our shows page.

All of us here at TPBR would like to wish you a wonderfully Happy Easter holiday and we very much look forward to seeing you all to help us celebrate next Wednesday become the new next Friday**.

Big big love and excessive lashings of exciting mixed vegetable juices containing the most unlikeliest of ingredients (ie not vegetables) with any vegetable on the side to make up for the lack of liquid vegetables as promised on the packet of said vegetable juice***.

* Granted most people’s memories of our turn at Stokefest last year involves deflating stages. Really, what were the chances? As it turned out, pretty high. Mostly due to the stage’s roof being inflatable.

** This is not an official celebration. Nor is it, in actual fact, an actual fact. Therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of earnings due to confusion over the actual days of the week, regardless of how misleading this sentence may have been.

*** I guess I should have opted for a more seasonal related chocolate drink with a similarly seasonal animal shaped chocolate on the side, but due to the fact that I don’t particularly like chocolate, I tend to generally ignore its very existence. A bit like most modern R&B.
