We, The Penny Black Remedy, are super excited to announce our end of year show at the simply wonderful New Years Eve Jamboree, Chalk Farm, London.

Chalk Farm unites for another memorable NEW YEAR’s EVE JAMBOREE, bringing you the best of the past year in three different venues. This year the event dress code calls for you to whip out the capes, tights and comedy pants, yes, it’s a time for heroes and heroines, baddies and villains; superhero fancy dress is a must. End 2009 with a kapow!

We’ll be playing @ The Enterprise which will be hosted by the lovely Bloody Awful Poetry peeps. Our stage time is to be carefully planned to coincide with mid-night so expect us on stage around 11pm. We are reliably informed that tickets are going fast, and said tickets are £15 and can be bought in advance directly from the Blood Awful Poetry website.

2009 has been an amazing year for us one where we released our debut album, played festivals, played The Melweg, signed a distribution deal, got on the front page of iTunes, reviewed in The Guardian and found our booking agent. Roll on 2010!
