As part of the official release of The Penny Black Remedy’s new single; ‘You Have Wasted Your Life, Now Please Stop Wasting Your Money’ on 28th June 2010, we shall be holding a series of celebratory events in which we shall be giving away extremely Limited Edition CD copies of the single to all the chums of TPBR who attend. The single includes the exclusive, newly recorded song, ‘You Look Funny When You Think’ as its B-Side.

The first of these events is a show in one of Central London’s most exciting new venues, The Charlotte Street Blues Bar, on Friday 7th of May. We are also deeply honoured and excited to announce that we will be joined on the evening by some very special guests indeed. Namely, the legendary Psychedelic-Surf-Punk all-stars and our dear chums, The Flying Padovanis (whose line up includes Henry Padovani, original guitarist/songwriter for The Police; Paul Slack, bass player for punk giants U.K. Subs, and Chris Musto, ex-drummer for glam-punk superstar Johnny Thunders). The Padovanis shall be onstage around 9pm and TPBR shall be onstage around 10pm. Tickets are £7 (£5 for members of C.S.B.B).
